I actually prefer the thin profile of this super sharp blade vs the giant thick carvers. It gives much flexibility around uneven bones in a roast or a ham etc. Very Very sharp so please be careful, it cuts through a rib roast like a hot knife through butter. Very pleased especially at this price, well worth the money.

It's exceptionally sharp. I cut myself badly with it when I first had it because I was working far too tired. I cleaned everything up & immediately ordered a protective sheath for it. I have learned to use it well since then. I do like it a lot now.

Excellent US made Knife

Very sharp, thin, long, high-quality blade (9.5"). Makes very thin cuts. Finish on the handle was not quite as good as on other knives we bought from the same company. Still, a good product that works well to make thin slices of ham, roasts, salmon, and so on. Made in USA.

This knife is perfect for cutting large pieces of meat, and it doesn't take up a large amount of space in the drawer.

I have been using RADA knives for years. This is super shard and makes slicing through a ham or brisket and ease.
