This bidet works well and the build quality is decent other than the trigger which failed just under a year after I bought it. Now the trigger is attached to the shower head and is removable so it would be easy to get it replaced under warranty right? WRONG! I bought this from the seller Trade In Post and I emailed them to requesting a replacement head/trigger as it had failed. They asked me to take a photo of the product which I thought was strange but sent it anyway. After that they stopped all communication with me and I had to escalate the issue to Amazon customer services who eventually gave me a refund. I would therefore not recommend buying this from Trade In Post.

After installing it started leaking from the head and we have to stopped the main supply of water to it

Not sure whether I like it. I bought this for my downstairs toilet which isn't used a lot. I was hoping to use it more often after having the bidet but the 'bidet' hasn't created it's charm. We find the handle very hard to push and it tends to splash a lot of water. To be honest, I try to avoid to use it and have decided not to buy the same for our main bathroom.

Good quality finished in crome. Very handy thermostatically mixer for bathroom.

I received a faulty piece as thermostat didn’t work. After some time the seller eventually replaced the whole piece. Works brilliantly now. Thanks
