This bowl is very nice and versatile, it is well made and attractive. I would have given it 5 stars if it also included a flat storage lid. To store in frig i have to use plastic wrap.

Nice product , bought 2 but the top of one of the bowls was cracked when I took it out the box

Although I haven't used this yet (Christmas gift), I did check it out thoroughly enough to offer my thoughts. The bowl, inserts, and utensils are very solid, and I can't wait to use them. The utensils can hang on the bowl rim both on the inside or outside with the lid on. While being able to put ice under the disk insert is a nice idea, I can never see myself doing that for a salad. It is great to have a place for fruit to drain with the divider insert, however. Whether it's tomatoes and olives for taco night, or a bowl of four different fruits, I can see myself using this bowl set often for more than just salad. I would definitely recommend this!

Arrived cracked. Not just a little cracked, like splintered and chipped! And after reconsideration, I agree with other reviewers that the design is kind of a pain for any salad that is pre-dressed, as the ice will get cloudy with the dressing drips, and it's also a shame that you can't refill the ice tray after the bowl has been filled. So, this item is best for keeping raw veggies or plain salad leaves crisp, but not so good for a composed salad or something like a potato or pasta salad. I paid more and got the stainless steel bowl option instead and am very happy with it.BTW, Amazon was great about refunding me for the broken bowl.

Works well to keep our potato salad (or other sides) chilled at our BBQ parties

I used this bowl without the divider for my pasta salad at my outdoor event. The ice in the bottom kept it cool. I used crushed ice but next time I'm going to make an ice ring which will fit this bowl, as it will last much longer. I was looking for something like this that would look nice. It was perfect for my somewhat elegant garden party.

The bowl arrived scratched up. I still kept it as it is functional, but would have been nice to receive in pristine condition.

Received with cracked lid. I will add pictures. Plastic is very thin and fragile. Not worth the money.

Not happy with it at all ... Lid came all smashed

Bought this as a gift. Opened box to check and found there were already quite a few scratches on the bowl, so am debating whether or not I should gift this at all. However, I do like the feature of a vented ice chamber base.

Came broken and very poorly made

I use it everyday and love it. My only complaint is that the salad doesnt stay fresh when you use it to sotore in the fridge.
