I got this as I am a nursing mom as the entire description with the title of the product mentioned only about that. Once I got the product I read the label on it which says that if you are pregnant, nursing or taking any medication consult physician before taking the tablet.If it is specifically for breast feeding and fully natural why do we have this caption. If they are genuine they have to put this caution also in description.

I am taking it 3 times a day. Quite helpful for nursing mothers.
