HakkoCleaning drill nozzle 1.0 mm B1303 (Japan Import)

Hakko quality. Kinda expensive for something I hardly ever use but I'm glad it's here.

Had a clogged tip for the FR-301. The cleaning tool that came with the Hakko could not penetrate whatever build up was inside. Got this little hand drill and cleaned it out in a few seconds. Don't have to worry about difficult clogs again!

This thing clears my desoldering gun in like ten seconds. An absolutely wonderful tool.

I use my solder pump to remove capacitors from old crusty boards. As a result it gets a lot of carbon build up and clogs often. The 1mm needle that comes with the pump ends up getting stuck, bent and at worst can break off in the nozzle. This little drill is the perfect solution. It gets all the sticky crud out quickly and easily.

I was getting very frustrated trying to clear out a clog in my  Hakko FR300-05/P Desoldering Tool  and finally decided to order this drill. It took only a couple seconds to drill through the clog and solve the issue. It was actually impressive for such a simple thing. The build quality is excellent and the handle is solid metal so it has a little heft.

This tool is a form of a type of tool called a pin vise. I have a set of vintage, new-old-stock Starrett professional pin vises that aren’t finished as nicely as this tool is. Yet again, Hakko greatly exceeds expectations.

I use the Hakko 301 desoldering pump in my electronics repair. I have already clogged a few tips and thought they were ruined. This little drill cleaned them out easily. There should be one of these included with the 301. I’ve already ordered another micro drill bit set that includes the accurate diameter drill bit for each one of my tips

この商品のおかげで吸い込み口で固着したはんだくずが取れました。ドリルの長さが最初短いのでラジオペンチで挟んで数回回転させて緩くなったらドリルを伸ばします。1.0cmぐらい伸ばして使いました。外側と内側の両方からドリルを回転して使います。
