I used to own the very high end Sennheiser but "didn't need all that". Tried this, and it works great for my purposes.

I wish I would have known that the receiver doesn’t have a stereo output, in spite of the left-right outputs. I wanted to use this at my church, but after 2 minutes, I had to switch back to a direct input into our in-ear monitor system (Allen & Heath ME-1). Not too terrible if the only thing you’re looking for is to be wire-free, but audio quality is sub-par (understandable, as it is an analog uhf unit), and the lack of an ability to pan left or right is a huge deal for me. I wish I had the money to buy a different unit, but I work at a church, so I’m stuck with this paperweight.
