This is a nice quality instructional "poster". Lamination done well and mine had dumbell exercises on one side and body strength workouts on the back. I will be using a hole punch to make holes in the top corners of this item so I can switch it from front to back (on my wall) as desired. I will be purchasing the kettlebell workout poster soon now that I have seen the quality of this item. Give this company a try, I am sure you will be satisfied.

Quality poster, great illustrations of each dumbbell exercise- several of these for each part of the body being addresssed and on both sides of the poster! Shows both body position and separate muscle group. Flipping the poster over gives a great way to differentiate the workout for designated area- limits boredom and gives great ideas for a more challenging workout. I found it to be a great way to remind me of form and purpose for each movement. Poster is also fully laminated, so it will last!

Works great

Double sided laminated dumbbell exercise chart. Use dry erase marker to highlight ones I’m constraining on and how many reps. Marker easily wipes clean for next grouping.

Very nice time and arrived quickly. We were able to use poster putty and easily mount it to the door of our bonus room. Easy to read and understand.

just what I wanted

I liked it’s a nice large laminated sheet. It’s not worth $10 though. I’m pretty sure I was half drunk when I ordered it or I wouldn’t have e bought it. I’ll use it now though, since I did buy it.
