Great quality collagen! I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin, hair, and nails after just a few weeks of use. It dissolves easily and has no unpleasant taste, making it perfect for mixing with coffee or smoothies. Highly recommend!

A lot of the reviews on here complain about the taste of the product or that it clumps when mixed into liquid. I have been mixing it into my porridge along with some ground up mixed seeds and it's ok. I'm aware that my porridge tastes a little different but it's fine - it's more that I don't like the idea of having something beefy in my breakfast. The reason I'm taking it is that I have suffered tears in my knee cartilage and torn tendons in both my shoulders. This is a somewhat 'after the horse has bolted' scenario but I'm hoping to prevent further damage in the future. Stronger hair and nails would be a welcome bonus. Will update this review a month or two down the line.Update - works perfectly in Miso soup! Dissolves easily and you don't notice the taste at all because the Miso soup has a savoury, meaty taste anyway - perfect! From now on I think this is how I will be taking it.

Dissolves easily and does not taste of much, makes tea a bit creamy but in black coffee you cannot notice it, stops my knees aching so worth taking. I would recommend.

A good quality collagen powder, completely tasteless and odourless. Dissolves very easily.

Whoever says there is no taste or smell is telling porkies! It’s not a pleasant taste and I can’t put my finger on it. And when dissolving in hot water on its own it smells bad! Having said this, after spending £32 I have persevered in finding the best way to consume this, and the best way not too!1)Fruit herbal tea - No! It was vile and I do not know how I kept it down.2.) Choc protein shake - No! Clumpy - not nice at all.3) In yogurt with choc protein powder and a bit of Sweet Freedom Choc Pot run through it, & a blueberry rice cake crumbled in - ok if you hoover it.4) Strongest builders brew tea you can stomach, no sugar/sweetener, and milk as normal - best way found so far.I have concluded that strong, overpowering bitter flavours mask this the best - black coffee would probably be the best option but I can’t drink coffee so that’s up to you guys to work out.The next issue is getting over the ick from watching it dissolve, smelling it dissolve if mixing it in hot water on its own, and thinking about its origin.Once these barriers are overcome I can only hope the benefits are worth it. I have a kg to get through so can’t say if I will buy again at the moment. Definitely not for everyone and would advise people to consider vegan options if they cannot get past the fact it’s a bovine product. Good luck!

This collagen powder has little to no taste, just for adding to other drinks, you can’t really feel the texture if you stir it enough either. Decent value for how much you get

I’m coming to the end of my first box of these, 90 in the box, 2 per day, about a weeks supply remaining. I don’t believe ANY supplement can give you a result in a couple of days as claimed by others and I certainly did not see an instant response but kept going and there is a result, firstly nails as others have said, hand and toe nails growing very nicely. Then my hair, I had noticed my hair was getting brittle and dry (I’m 57 so to be expected!) and these have restored the shine and strength very nicely. I suffer from psoriasis and I have also noticed a difference to my skin, definite improvement to the eye area in terms of firmness but all over I think my skin appears improved in texture and less dry, so I’m about to buy my second bottle as if all of these gradual improvements continue I will be very satisfied.I’ve not yet noticed any improvement in joints but I still consider it early days so will persevere on that front, am optimistic that as they build up in my system that result will be evident too.I FOUND them difficult to take but I have worked round that, the first couple of days I took the two capsules with my breakfast but they gave me digestive problems so I now put a couple of spoons of yogurt in a small dish and take the powder out of the capsule and no difficulty at all. The capsule itself is very hard so I’m not surprised it was difficult to digest, but all in all these capsules are worth the effort. I recommend them to you.
