Broken within first use!
While using this product the first time, it was working wonderfully and I was loving the added volume to my hair when all of a sudden one of the metal plates fell out of the iron! The metal plate was very hot! Had it fallen on my foot it would have most likely resulted in a burn. I can see this being a major safety hazard. On a positive note however, before the product broke, it was working wonders on my flat hair!
