Good chia
Good quality chai seeds. I was impressed with the nutritional information on the back, seeing how much magnesium out of my daily requirements is in chia. The bag is good and resealable but I didn't have the right space for that in my cupboard and opted to transfer to a jar, which makes it easier to scoop. A spoon has 10g, by my measurements, which is the recommended portion. The package indicates to not go over 15g a day. I prepare my chia the night before in milk, yoghurt or yoghurt and frozen fruit. The chia soaks a lot of liquid so that's why I feel the need to add a bit extra to the yoghurt, it can be rather dry otherwise.

Leggendo sulla confezione c'è la conferma di quanto dichiarato da altre recensioni: prodotto bio di alta qualità, con l'elenco dei valori nutrizionali dettagliato, qualche consiglio sull'utilizzo e lorigine dei semi (Argentina). Ho cominciato ad usarlo da subito e con il tempo vedrò eventuali benefici. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo visto che è certificato bio.

J'ai beaucoup entendu parler de ses graines et j'ai voulu me faire mon avis,et je suis satisfaite.Elles sont super ! Je les utilise au petit déjeuner après les avoir trempées dans du lait d'amande et je rajoute des fruits frais ou sec un régale ! Et plus de fraigale que demander de plus .Je suis adepte de ses petites graines et rester fidèle à cette marque.
