EK Success Large Punch-Circle, 1.5"

Works reliably on watercolor and multimedia papers that aren't too thick.

I needed a 1 1/2" circle punch and this fit the bill. I love that it locks in a closed position - this type of punch takes up much less room to store. (And isn't that a problem all crafters/artists face??) The punch is sharp and punches through everything from vellum to really heavy cardstock without any trouble. EK Success is known for their innovative and good quality products - and this punch did not disappoint. Now I wish I had purchased all my circle punches from this line!Also...if your punches get dull, take a piece of aluminum foil and fold it up. Punch through that a few times. If your punch starts to stick, fold up some waxed paper and punch through that several times. Usually I punch through the waxed paper after I sharpen my punches with the foil. :)

To be honest, I have used other hole punches in the past and this one has blown me away. It is very well designed, heavy weighted and sturdy. I needed a hole punch that would work on 110lb card stock and this cuts holes effortless, even on heavy stock. Absolutely love this hole punch.

I bought this for a specific crafting project and was very pleased with how it worked. It is super sturdy and very easy to use.

This ended up being too big for the project I bought it for, but it worked just fine. Easily cut the circles. Has a lock on it so you can store it in the closed position, no accidentally punching something. I liked that I could use it up side down and see where the paper lines up with the actual punch.

I bought a Fisker hole first it would not cut anything other than plain paper the EK hole punch is a great hole punch and cuts thicker paper

I was surprised to find the packaging for this hole punch opened, and the hole punch clearly worn from use. Because I hadn't been able to find a comparable item locally I had to use it for a time sensitive project. It worked well for my needs. I like that turning it over allows you to see where you're placing the paper. I used it for labels and it cut cleanly 80% of the time. I had to touch up some of the labels by hand, and if I had a larger project that would have been frustrating. I may inquire about a partial refund since I received a used item that was also missing the "craft project bag" that's listed as part of the purchase.

Works well. Used it on thicker paper.
