I got some old weights from my sister and they were missing the grip. I saw these online. I was a bit apprehensive because they came in 3 sizes and I didn't know if I would get the right size. They are a perfect fit. My bar is a thread bar and it said someone this product is not suitable for thread bars, but I took the gamble. It grips the bar brilliantly. Now I can work out safely. One added bonus is that the supplier dispatched them the same day (despite there being a global crisis) and they arrived ahead of schedule through the regular post. I am really happy with this product. Now to build big biceps :))

Awesome value for money

They fit fine on a 1-inch diameter dumbbell, just have to squeeze the handle quite hard. Overall clips might be smaller in size than you are expecting, but they fit which is all that matters.

These spring collars are the perfect fit for my standard 25mm barbell/dumbbells and hold plenty of weight in place. The supplier was great at answering my questions quickly. Very happy with these and would definitely buy them again.

Positives- Product fits as expected. Not too resistant so easy to clamp and fit to the bar. Negatives- The plastic handle slips off quite easily when gripped, which is a problem when frequently needing to take the plates off and on the bar. The product is competitively priced in mind of the hike in personal fitness equipment, but overpriced nonetheless.

Like many customers I brought a set of weights due my gym being closed. My barbell bar was the screw collar type. This was fine but it was prolonging the time of my workouts having to unscrew and screw to secure the weight. I cannot stress the next point enough. You are told to measure your bar to get the correct fit. Mine was 25mm. Therefore I ordered the 25 mm clip type initially. This came and did not fit. I then ordered the same type at 28mm and again this did not fit. That was £20 wasted. It was only when a friend recommended that I purchase the clamp type that I decided to bit the bullet. I ordered the 30mm to allow for any tolerance and they are excellent. They work on both non screw and screw barbells and dumbell bars.

These are a great fit for my new barbell bar and are great value when compared to what else is on the market. There's sufficient tension on the springs to hold everything in place perfectly and they are very easy to use. So far no issues with them. I'm very pleased I bought them.
