Serious Bloat
The bloat this product gave me became a real problem, as I was not able to eat full meals and the food I was able to eat did not seem to digest completely. I stopped taking it and only after two days has my digestion began to feel okay (just okay) again. This is the only change that has been made in my diet and supplementation.

Got a lot Stronger!!!
I've been lifting and using supplements for over 30 years now, and this is a very good creatine. My energy levels were always at a very high level while taking this product, but the best thing is my strength shot through the roof with this. I like a lot of Nutra Bio products as they always give me good results!!WAY TO GO NUTRA BIO, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Watch for packaging defects
The product itself is great. But when it arrived, the kid was cracked. The seal was intakes but the contents had hardened and had to be broke apart and crushed into a.powder again.

it gave me good energy but I had breathing issues
wow, if you have low blood pressure do not take this. it gave me good energy but I had breathing issues, headaches and dizziness with this at half a scoop. way too much ribose.
