Bellows Latex Neck Seal for Drysuit Trimmable

I ordered a size smaller than I thought needed as to allow for the gasket stretching after it breaks in. It was waaaaay to tight and I ended up trimming it down significantly. I cant say for certain, but I think their size chart is probably pretty accurate, and would still fit well after broken in. So far, very satisfied with this gasket.

This was a great fit when I replaced the neck gasket on my dry suit. I watched some how-to videos in advance. I keep neck and wrists gaskets on hand for the next time a gasket fails. Great product

Bought the neck gasket to replace a failing Kokatat drysuit. Price is pretty good; fit is slightly different but acceptable since this is not specifically made for my drysuit. I had repaired another Kokatat drysuit a month ago with a Kokatat gasket and it was a better match where the gasket attaches to the drysuit, not as wavy fit at the flared end. However, it still works since latex is stretchable and I was able to form a good seal.My only major disappointment is that the manufacture date is 2016, which at time of purchase, is already 8+ years old; so hopefully it will last. The gasket bought from Kokatat was manufactured in 2024.

Too small/tight for my 16" neck without stretching or trimming way back.I measured the opening when collapsed and Large is 5 1/2" x2 = 11" and XL is 6 1/8" x2= 12 1/4" still crazy tight and closer to 16"This seal is thick...I expect this seal may stretch some, so I will not trim for awhile.For my "L" size kokatat drysuit I needed to trim ~3/4" around the entire perimeter of the mounting surface to get that side to fit.InstallationI roughed up the old and new surfaces to be glued with a wire wheel on my dremel and with disposable gloves wiped with acetone to remove any contaminates.I used Barge contact cement and a bit of cardboard as a spreader...I found seam seal was a sticky sliding mess that I could not manage.There are oodles of neck seal replacement videos that proved helpful.

Not used as intended. Used a a joint gasket on a large robot neck This will last a long time.

These were purchased to repair a drysuit neck gasket. Most places just sell one size and the person can trim them to loosen them up for comfort. I hate anything super tight around my neck so I always ended up trimming it back. The fact that the seller has different sizes available make these that much better. I purchased XL and barely had to trim it. I wish I would have discovered these 12 years ago.

This neck seal worked perfectly to replace the ripped one on my DUI drysuit. I prefer the bellows style. It fits perfectly with zero leakage.

Neo rubber is nice a flexible and laid down flat with seam seal. Good product
