I'm always suspicious when a product has nothing but 5 star reviews, but this thse wheels really deserve it.Compared with the 2.5 inch wheels I purchased at Home Depot some years ago for not much less money than these, the difference is night and day. I am using these to replace the smaller wheels for a platform that a 4 foot high potted lemon tree is sitting on, so that the tree can get sun in the day but avoid the cold winter nights. I can't state the exact combined weight of the platform/pot/soil/tree, but I'd guess between 150 and 200 lb. The platform is easy to move, and the wheels are very easy to lock and unlock. The black paint on the wheels is thick and hardy, and I don't anticipate weather damage - but I'll update this review if I experience any. For what I'm using them for, I highly recommend these wheels.Update in March of 2024: Still working great!

I installed these wheels are on my toolcart at work. I am very impressed by the rolling smoothness and how much easier it is to move around. The double locks set firm, strong. Damn good set of wheels for the price. If they don’t last a long time, that’s ok, the price is awesome, I’ll buy another set. Local hardware stores get $25-35 PER WHEEL for clones of these.

I put these on a 30"x 96" work bench and they work very well. Are they super heavy duty? No. Do they roll nicely and handle significant weight? Yes. I am happy with these casters for the price and would buy again. The one thing I will say is they lock easy but to unlock is harder. The lock lever is short so its hard to get my size 14 under it to pop it up and unlock but I dont see a need to minus a star over it. However if you have a bad back or limited mobility and plan on locking/unlocking a lot it might be an issue.

Dont let the headline fool you, these are great wheels as they are the 2nd set ive ordered but when swapping them out for my diagnostic cart, i learned they aren't a true 5 inch size, more like 4 7/8 roughly, not a huge deal but thats a small difference from what im taking off which are true 5 inch. These wheels do move incredibly smooth and the locks are way better imo. I definitely do not regret the purchase and i would encourage anyone to buy these minus the difference in wheel difference.

Yoooooo I’m never buying casters at Home Depot or Lowe’s ever again. These were less expensive and are soooooo much better. They move like butter so smooth and it looks really nice on my workbench with the shiny black wheels

These caster wheels are easy to install and durable.; Like another reviewer, I installed them using 1/4" lag screws into the bottom legs of a repurposed piece of furniture (+/-200 pounds empty), now a workbench. The wheels turn so easily that the workbench will start rolling on its own on my relatively flat garage floor. The caster locks work perfectly, easy to engage and disengage with my foot. I like the red colored wheels; they have not marred my concrete floor, and they roll easily over the garage floor lip. Overall the casters are a good value and work perfectly for my needs.

I absolutely love your product. I used the wheels for a portable axe board. The board itself weighs about 100 kg and I need to move it from one part of my yard to another and the wheels are big enough to get over the contours of my yard and strong enough to hold the board. The locking wheels are smooth and easy to use and are wonderful to hold the board in place while throwing axes and while storing the axe board. I strongly recommend them to all.

These are terrific. They roll well and lock. Just know that they do not come with the screws. It does say it in the listing but I didn't realize until they got here. That was my fault for not reading the listing all the way through and it was no problem getting screws to fit.
