I’m always happy with all products I received from this company… With very few exceptions, absolutely clean with nothing inside the capsule, except what you are looking for. I recommend them highly.

I intentionally look for whole food supplementation because the body can process these nutrients more effectively than synthetically made vitamins and minerals that may take more steps for the body to breakdown. The less steps for the body to process, the more likely the body will absorb and utilize the vitamin/mineral. These capsules are much smaller than the standard capsules. You only need to take one according to the instructions. So far I’ve taken it for a few days after lunch. I haven’t noticed any changes in my hair, skin, nails, gut, or mood yet. But I’ll report back.

I love that this biotin formula is vegetable base. My nails and hair are sooo much longer and stronger.
