Manuka G wound gel - 15g

My Patterdale decided to play "nursey" by removing his own stitches, he managed to by pass the "cone of shame!" A proper nursey gave him a much bigger cone and applied Kruuse Manuka Honey. Wow, after 2 days it had made a dramatic turnaround as it was previously infected. Best stuff out there. I never thought it was possible for anything to heal an open wound so quickly. Every 2 days we went back for a change of dressings. I now wish i`d have taken before and after pictures. I bought this one as it is a sterile tube so needed another for future Patterdale conflicts. There are cheaper ones out there but do they have the same sterile ingredients like this one????????

Great for wounds on my dog worth every penny

I use this product on my dogs if they get any minor cuts or nicks when out running in my local country park. It helps them to heal without running up expensive vet bills. My vet actually first suggested its use when my dog had a sore on her mouth. Cleared it in a matter of days. Only a small tube but it lasts for quite a while so well worth it.

This tube is meant for single use only, once you have snapped the top off there is no cap to put back on, I have wrapped cling film around the top of mine and hope that it keeps. seemed to soothe my cats wound, only used today.

The vet recommended this to my daughter after her Pug had had an operation and then rejected the stitches. I couldn't believe that honey could fix and open wound; however it work a treat and quickly, very impressed. Only downside was the dog thought he tasted lovely, so he had to wear a donut.

Only received one tube which worked out more expensive than the vets! It says you will receive 10 tubes in the blurb so very disappointing

This was recommended to me by my vet, for a nasty abcess wound that my dog had. The wound is healing really well, and I was amazed at how fast the healing process started, as it was quite horrible to look at to start with. I just clean the wound and then put the honey in and securely cover it. I will continue to use this until the full healing process is complete and would highly recommend it to others. Totally amazing !!

I had bought this to add to my medical kit and almost forgot I had it. Luckily my friend, who had very successfully used some before reminded me to apply the Manuka Gel when my horse had to have a particularly bad abcess cut out in his hoof this week. I just squirted it up the hole to help draw the infection out after hot tubbing. It seems to have done the trick and he is now almost walking normally again.My case is not too surprising but my friend's case was much more dramatic as she had a horse which was constantly abcessing and she was considering euthanasia as a final option. She was given a Manuka Honey Wound Dressing Gel Application to try at a veterinary lecture. Sure enough her horse abscessed again and she used it in Spring 2012. Her horse has not abcessed since then.
