I sort of panicked after my purchase if it wouldn't do this or that for us but now that it is here my fears were put to rest! I will say as another review said, this is much easier to maneuver once my hubby is in the sling and raised up. A manual one from medicare for the last 2 years was really hard to use without running around to this end or the other and pushing the wheel with your foot and that wasn't easy either. This has really helped my energy level in just a few days of use while caring for my hubby. I have already ordered a sling from this company instead of the one that medicare supplied with the manual lift. My hubby is a big and tall man, this might be my lifesaver!

When first assembled it would not work. The seller had me check to electrical connections. One spray of electronic contact cleaner and the lift works perfectly. Very Happy with the product and the customer service.

We’ve had it 1 day but it works great! So easy to move a handicapped adult now.

I've been using a hydraulic lift for the past 4 years for my paralyzed family member. We were finally able to afford an electric lift and chose this one.The packaging does not protect the plastic piece at the head of the lift. We had to send back the first one as it was completely crushed. The second one was still slightly damaged but acceptable. One of the pin's necessary to make the lift work was left out of the shipping so I had to go to Lowe's to get one. The directions for putting the lift together were not as complete as you would think and some might have difficulty in doing so.All that being said, once I did get it put together I have been very happy with the lift and its performance. Nice to have the electric asssist.

I was taking care of my grandma, I’m only 130 lbs and she’s 180lbs. I couldn’t lift her on my own so I ordered this lifesaver. It works really good and very durable. It’s worth the money.

My main reason for purchasing was to replace the manual Hoyer supplied by Medicare for my wife. My logic was the remote would make it easier to get her up straight in the wheelchair. That it did, but it also when loaded rolls across the floor much smoother. Plus the lower profile wheels allow it to go under our sofa. One little piece of plastic was damaged in shipping. I couldn't be happier.

It has made our lives easier. it is relatively easy to use. It moves smoothly through our wood floors and ceramic bathroom tiles. The only problem is my husband is 5'11" and unable to move his legs and not much of his upper extremities, so he can not get his feet out of the way when he is being raised or lowered. The legs height is more than 4.3" because it has a circular bump on the far end. I bought this model/brand because our beds are that low. I had to get bed legs raisers.

Advertisement is Portable and fit most car trunk but it is 270lbs and not fit in to most car trunk . Returned.
