Petstages Cat Scratcher Cat Hammock Cat Scratching Post

I've already bought this item twice and the second time I bought two for my giant 20lb cat. I duct taped two together and I call it her "double-wide." She absolutely loves it and plays on it and sleeps on it a lot! Totally worth it. I took off one star because the two pieces that slide together don't always fit perfectly.

Cheap enough for my cats to hate it and still feel satisfied with my purchase. Should make excellent kindling for our first summer bonfire.Update: Man do I have to eat my words! My two fat cats fight over who gets to sit on this contraption. They lounge, they scratch, and they rub their cute furry faces on the corners. It is holding up just fine. My less fat cat has figured out how to push it all over the house for a more favorable seat. It's fun to find out where it turns up. What a fun product!

My 20lb Main Coon loves these. He recently scratched his way through his third one (2 old style and 1 new style). It does take him 6-8 months to completely demolish one. Also, there's no difference between the new and old models except for the colors of the borders. He does move them and knock them over occasionally when scratching the bottom "legs" while standing on the floor, but they have never collapsed due to his weight or size. See pics.

Ordered the PetStages Invironment Easy Life Hammock, but instead received PetStages Fold Away Scratching Tunnel. I'd never seen/heard of this product before. In my twenty years of ordering from Amazon, I've never had a product swapped for another.My cats had received the Hammock for Christmas, and it was evident that a second one was required. So, lots of praise for the Hammock item (not sure where Grandma got it). Only one of my three cats likes the Scratching Tunnel, so I'd definitely point cat owners toward the Hammock.And for those of you who think I'm a crazy cat lady who can't order properly, please note that while I am a crazy cat lady, I'm "verified" as ordering the Hammock.

My cats love it! When I purchased it, it was under $10. I will be keeping an eye out for that price again.We have many cat scratchers around the house, and this is their favorite. The two (12 lbs) cats play and fight on this thing. I do wish it had held up a bit better, but what can I expect with the rough play of two heavy cats. The attached picture is after 3 weeks of use.

Purchased two for my furr baby. He loved the big boxes they came in, the packaging paper and the actual scratcher! He jumped out of the box to enjoy his new gifts.If your cat loves scratching, this is the way to go. He scratched every side of it within the first 10 minutes. I would recommend getting two so that your cat can comfortably stretch out!

I just received my 3rd hammock scratcher which tells you two things, they aren't particularly durable and that my cats love them enough that I keep replacing them when they break. Both of my cats love sitting, laying, and scratching on it. It's only semi stable (which is maybe the best you can hope for with corrugated cardboard?), which works fine for my smaller cat (9 pounds) but doesn't work all that well for my big boy (18 pounds). The little one can sleep on it forever and it would be fine, but my big boy spends time on it as well and eventually the whole thing collapses. I don't mind replacing it, but do wish it was a little stronger and more well made so I didn't have to replace quite so frequently. But most importantly the kitties LOVE it!

Our cat likes to lounge in this hammock, she is less keen on using it as a scratcher but can be convinced with some catnip and it remains her preferred one anyway. For larger cats like ours it could be slightly bigger but overall it's great. In addition you can use it as a lap rest if your cat isn't a natural lapcat!

Reasonable price, arrived when expected and easy enough to assemble. They don't site quite straight, though, and my 2 kittens aren't interested as yet. Perhaps when they're older.

Height is not 2 feet as mentioned. It is hardly 1 foot height. Broke on second day when my cat sat on it. Does not Amazon verify size at least before putting on their portal? I have not taken a worse product than this form Amazon at 1400+ price as a prime member. I recall I faced a size issue on an wooden drawer which was more of a pen stand on table. Amazon, improve your credibility on facts you present on your site. You cannot transfer your onus to the traders. We trust you more than the traders. Hope you are listening !

Compré este artículo hace 1 mes y medio. Al principio parecía una buena compra pero lamentablemente no fue así. Se venció y rompió con tan solo un mes y medio de uso y francamente fue una desilusión. .. Tengo otros rascadores de otros fabricantes con años de uso y nunca esperé que éste fuera de tan mala calidad ... Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

my boss (THE CAT) was quite impressed with this item. she actually ran to it to start marking her scent and rests on it throughout the day. quality is fine for her, i bought 2 and broke part of 1 putting it together. she still loves it. if you are a neat freak, be advised the little pieces of cardboard requires cleaning everyday. but her joy & contentment is so well worth it. i will be buying more and shipping up to Canada. the two i bought came safely in a big box. thank you with all her & my heart to the creator of such feline joy.

Nice and sturdy. Simple to put together. The cat on in the photo is 13 lbs. also have a 17 lb male that lounges comfortably on here as well. They both scratch on here and so far it’s not shedding little pieces of cardboard.

El producto es un sueño para cualquier gato. Compre 2 para que cada uno de mis gatos tuviera uno propio. Uno de ellos no resitio mas de una semana. Se colapso y ahora parece camastro. Lo sigue usando el gato, pero definitivamente esperaba mayor resistencia del producto. La calidad del catnip que viene incluido es pobre, de preferencia usa catnip de tu preferencia.

Hoy 14 de diciembre del 2018 he vuelto a comprar este rascador, el anterior lo tengo desde el 15 de agosto de 2018. Algunos escribieron que el rascador se vence, me imagino que tienen gatos grandes mi gatita como es pequeña y esbelta sigue durmiendo ahí y también rascando y recién apenas está a punto de colapsar su rascador. Las fotos que les comparto es del rascador viejo.

Para mi fue tirar el dinero a la basura. Me duró 10 días armado, no soportó a mis múltiples gatos ni el peso de los mismos y se abrió una de las partes, puede servir como rascadero horizontal pero no fue la finalidad de la compra.

My fur babies love this, but after a few weeks part of the cardboard cracked - it’s still useable but can’t maintain its shape. It might just be due to my fur babies being particularly destructive but this leave cardboard shreds EVERYWHERE - to the point that I’ve now ordered a material one so I don’t have to vacuum up cardboard daily. This may be more suited to a one cat family.

Not easily assembled even though it is only 2 pieces. It is flimsy and my cat can’t put any weight on it without it falling/tipping over or collapsing. Not happy with this product at all.
