Only way to get them off your feet is to take a shower . Can take them in a few days.I really love these. Not to thick.

Great product for small calluses
This is thick enough to relieve pressure from small calluses on the ball of your feet. My podiatrist gave me a sample, so I ordered more. I used them religiously for about six weeks and my small, annoying callus is gone.

Good Luck Getting these off your feet
The glue/tape on these pads is so ridiculously strong it is next to impossible to get these off your feet. I needed to reposition this pad but it took me like 20m minutes to get it off my foot, destroying the pad in the process. I have used other pads that were easily removable and could be repositioned but not these. I thought they were going to tear the skin off the bottom of my foot.
