I'm 55 and have baby fine hair, which has gotten thinner over the years. I decided to get this hair addition to make a cute messy bun, since I can't with my current hair. It feels stiff, but is easy to use..it's in a ponytail holder. I made my ponytail, then wrapped this one into it. I tucked in some loose pieces and was good to go.My own ponytail does not show, and no one knows it's fake unless I tell them. I was worried it wouldn't match my hair, but it blend in perfectly. Would recommend.

unless your hair is black it will be hard to find a color match. the photos/descriptions for browns are super inaccurate. that being said i was able to make it work after trying a couple. it has way too many loose hairs but they can easily be cut to make it look more normal.

So natural, color was exactly as shown. I would give 5 stars but I'll see how this holds up over time.

I bought this because I have thin hair and the description said it had combs to secure it to your own hair. It does NOT have any combs - it is a scrunchie. They send you a black covered elastic and some black hair pins...which do no good when you have blonde hair! I purchased clear mini combs at Walmart and it works great!.

Looks really good, matches my hair great! But, it has an over whelming strong fragrance. I had to air it out for several days, outside! Happy to say that helped. If not I would have had to return it. It could give you a migraine if you are sensitive to chemicals. But I'm giving it a 4 star because it looks like real hair. Not too dull, not too shiny. And the smell is finally going away.

I love this hair piece. It doesn't look fake and matches my hair color perfect! I haven't tried to use any heat tools on it yet. I occasionally brush it out, shake it and it's ready to use again. I have several of the shorter pieces but they do not compare to this one. I used to hate how my thin hair looked in a ponytail or top knot. Now I love it!

My chemo hair is taking forever to grow back! I’ve purchased literally 10+ different types of hair pieces, clips, wigs, sprays, particle powders and still couldn’t find one that made me feel good and confident in wearing! After a 1-1/2 years of putting money down the drain I now have a 2 inch ponytail and decided to try out the Messy Hair Updo!! I attached it to my tiny ponytail (lots of bobby-pins) and OMG!! My hair and confidence is back!! No itchiness, no sweating, I absolutely love the texture (I twirl my hair, lol!), the sheen is spot on, and it’s just enough hair so it looks natural!The ONLY con for me is the color. I’m on my third messy bun. First bun was Ash Brown which was too light then, I ordered Dark Brown which was way too dark. I just ordered Dark “Medium” Brown #8 and I am praying this is the one!
