This is a great review of the school. Often books on Bauhaus concentrate on what happened post-school, or spend more time discussing the post-school careers of those that taught there. This book provides much more information on the school and explains much of why the movement was successful. I have a number of books on Bauhaus, when I was a student at FU Berlin my favorite Saturday trip was to The Bauhaus Archive Museum of Design.I find this book to be an excellent addition to my library.

Love the way it looks and compliments my space. It’s also pretty approachable for individuals without an architectural background. Love love love.

i paid around $14 for this book. for the price, this book is well worth it! nice if you are interested in the history of Bauhaus, or as a display book.

This book is filled with great information about the Bauhaus movement. The photographs are excellent. I'd say that a person who appreciates the world of design will enjoy this book.

Great comments on all the people, from start to finish, and their part of the Bauhaus experience. Wonderful pictures.
