Freedom to run!!! One end went around a tree limb, one end got wall-mounted. A few things have gotten moved to prevent tangles, but for the most part it's a great backyard dog run.

Love the cable. Recently moved into a moble home park - so not easy to install fence for a dog accustomed to running around loose.Purchased the 100 ft. ( Didn't need that much! So curled up wasn't needed).I live in Florida, so the attached leash would suffer in our weather long term - so just used a different tie out cable - its 20 ft, so she can still get into trouble when she wants!However,the included leash is remarkable. Very well thought out. From the locking, swivel clasp, the Bungie area, the mid grip area for the human hand(added control for your dog, when acting like a lunatic) to the end of the leash handle. All awesome. Extremely comfortable for both dog and human! I am happily using it just as a leash.However, if my property boundaries would have allowed, would definitely use that part in the intended manner.( And probably with a harness, and cable up higher.)Loved the several options to install the overhead cable. We used the sling on a palm tree and bolts on another small tree out back. And the tightening thingy ( forget the name of it) on the sling side.Didn't use the hooks, but did save them just in case...The pulley. Glides and swivels perfectly.I don't like tying my dog's up outside, never had to in a fully fenced in back yard previously. Training and monitoring is so important. I get to do both with this, and my fur kids are happy!

The hooks that attach to your tree/wood fixture are NOT appropriate for this kind of apparatus. They are too thin, and their diameter is too wide. They are insufficiently load-bearing to support the zipline. What you need are hooks of the sort that keep overhead canopies in place.When I assembled this zipline, one of the hooks (which had been firmly embedded in a telephone pole) bend out of shape from the stress of supporting the line, causing the hook to break into two pieces, and the entire apparatus to collapse. (Half of the hook is still embedded in the telephone pole, with no way to remove it.) Mind you, this was before I even placed any load on the zipline (aka "tethering to dog to it.") The other hook, which was attached to a wooden support beam on my roof, also bent out of shape, but did not break.Potentially, this product could be dangerous if the hook failed while the zipine was taut and created a whiplast effect. Always wear eye protection when installing products like this.As a replacement, I ordered the equivalent Snagle Paw zipline, which came with appropriate, canopy-style hooks (thicker metal, shorter diameter) and installed quickly and without hassle. Do not buy the XiaZ product. Get the Snagle Paw equivalent for the same price. I ordered the 150 ft length but really had a <100' span. I pulled the cable with the help of a ratchet strap but after a few weeks, it has started to sag. So i'm assuming the cable is stretching and I can see the plastic coat on the clasp peeling off. I'll have to climb up there again to add more tension so I don't closeline myself while mowing the lawn. The accessories that comes with the kit is also strong and durable. Item is worth the price paid.

So my dog is an escape artist, and we always had him on a lead, but one that was staked in the ground, he was very limited on where he could go. It got tangled on everything so I did some research and found this tied to two trees and what a game changer. He has the freedom to run from one end of the yard to the other, never gets tangled. I don’t have to worry about it, getting wrapped around him or anything else. I absolutely love it.

The media could not be loaded. After using this Kit this weekend I am impressed with the quality of components that are included. It was very easy to setup without any tools and I really liked the lead that comes with it. (although I needed to add an extension because my dog is small 10lbs and I had the line up fairly high), overall I highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Simple/fast install, add carabiner clip instead so easy take down and put back up. Simply instead of wrapping around the tree and connecting to line, I created a loop and added the Carabiner Clip. Watch the video to understand better.

We took ours to the camp site for our large dogs. Couple minutes of frustration to get the tension decent but once it’s up and tight it’s great!Price wise it’s about the same as purchasing all the pieces individually and constructing it yourself. So that made the decision easier to buy!
