I purchased this a few weeks ago. Upon taking the first pill, I was able to finish tasks I'd been putting off for weeks and worked 4-5 hours straight (which is a big deal for me since I can barely work an hour a day at a stretch sadly). I did notice a mild headache the first time I took the pill, that became more severe by the end of the day.
