The cheese was warm when it arrived.
The cheese was placed in a bag with an ice pack, so it was all melted and the cheese was warm when I received it. I had to throw it away because it was starting to smell badly, so I couldn't even return it. Very unhappy. I feel I deserve a refund even though I couldn't return it.
