Muy decepcionado con la atencion al cliente. Al principo todo muy amable con un mail personalizado dandome las gracias por la compra. Sin embargo, al abrir la caja, faltaba uno de los tornillos que fijan el cable y al responder me indican que lo tramite a traves de su web. La respuesta del CCO es literalmente que ellos no disponen de tornillos de repuesto y que lo compre en una ferreteria.Vamos, compras una comba, falta una pieza fundamental y te dicen que te busques la vida. Por 42 euros que cuesta, la gestion del problema es claramente deficiente y denunciable.No volvere a comprar en velites.

Taking double under to the next level, very fast rope but if you mess up you will know about it and will be marked for a few days afterwards. The ability to add extra weights to the handles is a cracking idea to improve stamina and endurance.Only down side is that the bag that comes with it is flimsy and ripped within a week. Need a proper fabric bag to protect the wire and bearings.

I never got to use them properly - somehow they were just clumsy and too thinly wired. ended up going for a different brand.

Excellent customer service. E-mails updating of dispatched and if i got the product ok if not they would do everything in their power to correct the issue, in the e-mails there is a friendly touch with the customer as priority. Easy to setup to adjust to my height, very light and nice to use. Would highly recommend to friends, family and others.

Niceley made but the ropes don't last long. Literally only skipped with it for less than 20 days and the rope cable snapped. Not impressed. Even the rubber on the cable slides away.
