This works well, but there is much to dislike. The packaging comes with no instructions. The packaging says it works at 220 V, no mention of what it says on Amazon's website about working from 85 to 220 V. The device itself says it works at 50 Hz, though it seems to work fine at 60 Hz.The wires are red, black and yellow. The black goes to US black (hot), the red to US white (neutral). The yellow is NOT safety ground (the unit is fully insulated, so it probably does not need a safety ground). Connecting yellow to ground will turn off the sensing circuits so that the light is always powered. These wiring instructions were determined by experiment by me, and confirmed by the seller.The wires are a small gauge, stranded. Interfacing US romex cable to the wires with wire nuts is best done by connecting from the romex to an intermediate gauge wire with a wire nut, and from that wire to the unit with another wire nut.If you recognize these pieces of information, and remember them between when you order the unit and it arrives from China, the unit deserves four starts, in my opinion. Otherwise, only two stars.The plastic piece that interfaces between a standard ceiling junction box and the unit has screw locations that are not spaced far enough apart for a normal US junction box. I found it to be a clumsy effort to modify the plastic piece to accommodate this problem; more than just drilling is required.To my eyes, the light is bluish, not warm white, but I might be wrong about that. The description says it stays on for 45 seconds when triggered, but I time it at an inadequate-for-my-use 26 s, and not adjustable. The angle of sensing is wider than I would like, but it might be the 120 degrees claimed. I found covering a part of the sensor with electrical tape allowed me, through laborious experiments, to get the sensing angle range I wanted.

Turned up quickly and packaged well. Good communication. Thanks a lot. Bit short on wiring explanation but cleared that up by email. I put it in a closet and it turns on as soon as door is opened and turns off quickly after one leaves. If there is other light on, it does not turn on. Gives a lot of illumination for the closet.
