Once growing it is good, but heat can be a problem

I used to is just as the directions said in the appropriate conditions snd some grew and some didn’t. It’s not bad for small patches but I’d recommend doing it in a much cooler season, like fall.

I used this right next to a patch of Scotts rapid grass (i dont generally like Scotts) and only about 30% of it grew while 80% (apprx) of the scotts grew. The scotts was faster too.

i spread this over a barren area and it seemed to mostly be 100% germination. grasshoppers moved in and decimated a lot of it. so i can't speak to how well it would have worked, but i did get control of the hoppers and the areas not destroyed are well covered and looking good.i have no issues buying this in the future

This short grass thrives in the shade! I love it!It only took 2 weeks to get some small baby grass, but after about 2 months, its still nice and short and filling in nicely. Its an understatement to say that I am excited about this.My existing grass is tall grass, but planting this grass makes me want to replant my entire yard with fresh short grass so that I never have to mow it again. Of course I'll have to plant really tall skinny trees or shrubbery to shade my entire yard, but it will likely be worth it!Looks soft enough to walk on barefoot. I don't know yet how delicate it is. Hope it can survive the occasional tromp with my big feet. But if it doesn't, I can always buy more at this low price of $10.

It’ll do what your looking for. My lawn went from 75% to 95% fullness and vibrance after using this product. YOU HAVE TO GET UP THE THATCH AND WEED BEFORE YOU USE THIS.
