I bought these solar pathway lights to use for a family gathering in July. We had several kids camping in the backyard and I wanted to light a path to the house and light up the area around the hot tub. They worked great. They only light the ground around each light so they don’t shine in our windows at night, which I appreciate. After a sunny day of charging they stay lit well into the night. Even now with cloudy days in November they stay lit for several hours after sunset. I will buy these again next summer for sure!

They work alright but you get what you pay for they're not very bright But where I live in the country I guess they don't need to be real bright.

Out of a pack of 12 lights, two were defective and non-functioning right out of the box. The rest of them work fine, and in fact were still going strong when I left to work at 6:00 the next morning, so I was impressed with that. There's an on/off switch you have to access by twisting the solar part off of the lamp part. I kept them switched off while I allowed them to soak in the sun for a few hours. Once the sun began to set, I switched them all on. I can't speak for the longevity of these since I just had them delivered yesterday, but so far I'm very happy with the ones that are working. I tried to give the company an opportunity to correct it before I left a review, and if they had, I would have given 5 stars, but I can't even reach them. When I clicked on the link in Amazon to have a defective item replaced, it took me to another website where I filled in an online contact form, but the submit button was non-functioning. And I could not find a phone number anywhere. So there seems to be no way to reach the people that would be able to replace the two defective lights. I get that sometimes things are just defective, but I just wish I had a way of reaching a customer service rep who can get those two bad ones replaced.That aside, even the 10 good ones I have are worth the money spent IF they last and are weather proof. They haven't been through rain yet, so we'll see. If they fail after the first bit of inclement weather, I'll update the review. And if the company sees this review and reaches out and replaces the bad lights, I'll update the review for that, too. Would I recommend these or buy them again? Yes, at this point I believe I would, since I have 10 good lights that were worth what I paid. Just be aware that you may or may not get a couple of duds in the batch, and if you do, you'll have trouble finding someone to resolve it.In the photos, the night picture with the most ambient light was taken with flash while the other two were taken without flash. The day time picture is just too show how unobtrusive they are. We're still working on adding boulders and plants to the rick gardens, but even with the surrounding landscape being somewhat bare, they don't stand out too much. I tucked them pretty deep into the ground because I only wanted the light exposed, but none of the post. I bought the cold white and love the nice, clean, crisp look, and it makes our very dark walkway leading up to our front door much safer at night since our neighborhood is quite dark. I didn't want anyone tripping over the wood borders of our rock gardens that line the walkway on both sides, as my daughter often gets fast food or Chinese take out delivered after dark. Safety was the main reason we purchased, but they look beautiful, too, and really dress up the after-dark curb appeal.

Buyer beware. The picture and description do not match. The picture shows the item with a dark finish. They are the stainless steel finish that is in the description. Also, they are described as “warm white”. They actually have a yellow glow. I did not return them because I questioned myself. I have nothing with a stainless steel finish at my house. Also, nothing yellow. Oh, well. These usually don’t last long.

I purchased these for our walkway up to our front door and they work great. They have a nice subtle glow to them and provide good enough light. They are easy to install and have a switch inside to turn the lights on and off. I didnt realize this and the first night when they didn't come on I thought they were not working. I went back and turned all the switches on and that night they came on and looked great.

The lights are very dim and light unevenly; some are darker than the others. Also, they die very quickly, even after a full bright day of charging. The structure itself is very thin and brittle; break easily at the slight bend or twist. One of them didn’t work at all from the very beginning. Disappointing. Would not recommend.

I was skeptical whether or not these would look cheap or not perform. We are delighted by the addition of these to our garden pathway. They add a golden glow without being too bright. Their small simple size means they don’t detract from the landscape, but add an understated elegance. So easy to install and so many for the price.

Bought several of these to put at the bottom of outdoor steps and in front of the entry door to my garage for better nighttime visibility. I get that these are solar powered lights, but if they are placed anywhere in the shade, they're absolutely useless. I took a few of them and placed them in my garden in full daylight for almost an entire day, and even thought they were brighter for a little bit, they quickly dimmed out after sunset.The stakes that go in the bottom for installing them into the ground don't twist lock in, so if you plant one, be aware you'll either lose the spike when you pull it out or you'll have to dig it out to get it back. Big waste of money with these.

Purchasing solar powered lights when I live in the PNW was a risk that did not pan out. At night, they provide the tiniest amount of light that really doesn't light up the area whatsoever. Even in the summer, when we had lots of sunny days, these barely lit up at night. I do not recommend these to anyone.

After many rounds of heavy rain, I can safely vouch for the lights being waterproof against rain. Indirect sun yields faint light. It needs direct sun for the lights to appear fairly bright at night. The brightness start to fade noticeably after about three hours after dusk, which is OK for me because that would approach bedtime.

Son funcionales no alumbran mucho pero cumple con lo requerido de señalar el camino, pedí 3 cajas 4 no encendieron muy bien, es demaciada baja su densidad y no dura, las demás si cumplen su función.

Assembly is easy breezy. They look pretty enough. Soft warm light, not too bright . They have been working just fine since the two weeks I have put them up. Let's see how it goes now.
