Dogs Love them!
I love that they are all natural. My dogs really enjoy them. They are rather expensive so I donโt buy them as often as my fur kids would like.

Fan of Sam's Yams
My dog is on the low end of the scale for medium dogs. She tends to have some digestive issues so a year ago I started giving her the Sam's yams Big Boy sweet potato chews. She only gets half of a chip a day but that worked for her really well as a supplement. Since she liked those so much, I decided to get her the "Bichon fries" treats. These are probably best for smaller breeds but she likes them as a treat. Just follow the directions and make sure you watch your pet so they chew it well.My main reason for commenting was a previous commenter asked "Made in China?" in their title. Just in case other potential purchasers are wondering, no, they are not made in China. They are made in the USA. The package says "Made in the U.S.A." on both the front and back of the bag. Now, it doesn't clearly indicate if the sweet potatoes were GROWN here as well. Sometimes you need to research more or read carefully to find that out. I've bought products that indicate being MADE in the US but using products from other countries such as China or Mexico. As for THIS product, I am contacting the company about where the sweet potatoes they use are grown. When I get a response I will come back and update my review.EDIT: The reply, for those wondering, after I contacted Front Porch Pets ---"Thank you for your interest in our products! You can be assured that our potatoes are grown right here in the US! We buy USDA-certified sweet potatoes from family farms. In fact, everything we use is US sourced and grown -- herbs and berries for our cookies, and chamomile for our bones. The Big Boyz, Veggie "Rawhide", and Bichon Fries are 100% sweet potato! Our products are grain and gluten-free, and contain no preservatives, added colors or flavors, or coatings of any kind. We use only water in our processing, nothing else.I hope this information helps. If you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to contact me again."The only reason I am giving this product a 4 out of 5 is because these are definitely better for smaller breeds, but my dog loves them nonetheless!

My dog loves it!
She gets so excited when I give this treat to her. Of course, my dog loves eating (just about anything) but when I give her "normal" treat she isn't as excited as getting this one. Though I'd prefer her to chew them and eat it slowly, she just chops them up in a few seconds and swallows them real quick. I originally bought this because my dog has some kind of skin problem, and when I went to the vet, they wanted to try food-allergy elimination test... and since I spoil my dog a lot, I was looking for hypoallergenic dog treats to feed her along with her hypoallergenic dog food ( I was going to cut out all her dog treats that I normally gave her). I don't know if this treat necessarily did any harm during the food-elimination trial period, my dog never got better... and now I'm suspecting perhaps she's not allergic to certain food, but maybe other elements (ex. dust mite, mold, pollen, etc.) Regardless, I think it's a great treat for dogs!

Nice treat from USA
Since I have changed my buying habits and get only 'made in USA" food and treats instead of the poison stuff from China, I changed over to these sweet potatoes for my Shih Tzu. They are dryer and harder than the ones I used to get, I'm sure you know which ones I mean, the sweet potato treats that are kind of gummy. My dog loves these, doesn't seem to care one way or the other, so it's a no-brainer for me. A little pricier than the other kind, but also they are dryer and don't weigh as much per piece without added chemicals, glycerin and such that makes the other kind shiny, so that helps. She eats them every time and doesn't hesitate, so it's Bichon Fries for us now.

Bichon Fries Sweet Potato Dog Treats
Well, first I should tell you I have a 10 month old Malti-poo puppy that is a very picky eater, very, very picky. So, our little boss, Jethro absolutely ate these dog treats up immediately when given to him for four days. But, after that he would have to be persuaded to eat even one sweet potato treat per day. He has been the same way about his dog food. We tried dry dog food, canned dog food, a mixture of both, and other foods, this Jethro is one persnickety eater! I can say the fries dog treats are good quality made and have a pleasant odor. The fries are firm, but not too hard for a puppy to eat. I also think for any other dog, this treats would be a winner. These treats are a good product. Please wish me luck on feeding this little boss Jethro.

Great size for sensitive tummies
I think the size is great for dogs with sensitive stomachs. When we've given our 30 lb dog whole slices in the past, he always has soft orange stool afterwards. This is a nice way to give him a little bit of fiber. Nice chewy texture takes him a minute to chew instead of swallowing in one bite like some crunchy dried brands. Only downside is the amount in each bag isn't great value for the cost.
