TrendMakers Thick Pile Shaggy Rugs 80 x 150 cm Rug, Grey

AVOID!!! The rug I got is clearly not light grey like advertise and feels horrible and cheap!! Very disappointed!!

When mine arrived it looked odd so measured it and one side was an inch (25mm) longer than the other. Got a returns label and had to pay £13.14 to send it back and they refuse to reimburse the postage, very poor customer service indeed, would not recommend this product or seller at all!! It's also a lot darker than in the picture.

I am one of the best people to ask about rugs. Im asthmatic and ive spent so much money in the past to get a decent rug that doesn't shed or smell. this rug , I bought 2 , is great. I bought it in grey and prayed it would be ok for my sitting room. a slight odour , what you would expect from a new rug but ive had them a couple of weeks now and no smell that makes me wheezy! ive put one of them near the fire with coffee table on top and the other under my white table and chairs and they look great. they hoover easy, don't slip @ no smell I would certainly recommend this rug. They arrived in a few days.

Very please with the rug from Home Decor. Was worried by some reviews however, Colour is perfect and it is a really nice cosy rug. Great value. Even the dog loves it as you can see. 😄

This is a lovely deep rug, a great size & looks worth a lot more than I paid for it. Really do recommend it & so does my dog!!

Rugs are nice and Shaggy and of good quality, i had difficulty when mine turned up it was about 2 shades lighter than the picture, thats where the trouble started, even in the description it says dark grey, so we ordered it based on the picture and description but what we got was grey, that started a fortnight of sending rugs back and in the end we re wallpapered to match the grey, so all this could have been avoided by saying rugs are grey not dark grey and are lighter than the picture, 3* is for the customer service not the quality of the rugs.

I recently bought this rug for my room and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, look and feel. For the price it'll be hard to find one much cheaper with the same quality. It's soft on your feet and feels like a thick, high quality rug. It looks really great with my coffee table and fits in well with my minimalist/modern look. The colour also looks exactly like the picture - some other listings had reviews saying the rug looked different to the image but not this one.Would highly recommend.

I just got this today for my boys room spent my last bit of money of it as they have no carpet and it's cold on the floor and I got my rug but it's all dirty and wet something has spilt all over it and with this disease going on I cant get no help I want my money back it all wet and smellsI'm pregnant with twins and dont need this stress
