I have been taking Gingko Smart for many years. I am not sure if it has the brain improving properties it says. But what I do know is when I take it each day, I feel a little sharper. The fogginess that comes with aging is reduced and I just feel clearer. For me, it works!

I actually had originally bought these pill in a local nature store, and BOY did I get ripped off! I wish I knew Amazon also sold them. Nevertheless, I eventually finished the bottle and I recently placed an order through amazon for these ginkgo pills. These pills are awesome, I take two every morning. I kid you not when I say this, I am awake and alert and full of energy to take of virtually any task. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a bit slow early in the morning mentally.

I have ADD. I realize, looking back over my life, that is was a hindrance to my complete success. I am not making excuses, but going by what I now know to be true.Well, life is unlimited. And now that I have found a way to truly FOCUS I am unstoppable.Please try this if you just need to focus and definitely if you are ADD. You will get more done and be more organized.There are other pills containing DMAE and Huperzine, etc. but these are cheaper and due to Irwin's delivery to the body, take effect better.Keep in mind that you should not take these if pregnant. I did for a while (because I didn't know I was pregnant) but I found out that it was possible that one ingredient in these pills could possibly give neural tube defects in baby. My baby didn't have these, thank goodness, but it is good to heed the warnings. Also, other items in these natural liquid soft-gels are simply not proven to be safe or not safe for PREGNANT women. Again, my child was okay but don't chance it if you KNOW you are pregnant.But barring that, this will work for anyone. I have a baby sister that is bipolar as well as ADHD and they help. They help my aging mother and my "normal" minded husband.At least give them a try and it is good that AMAZON carries this larger bottle. So many health food stores don't have it or it gets out of stock quickly.

I have been using this product for many years now. I remember when it was Gingko Smart, then Advanced Ginkgo Smart. It used to be difficult to find in the economy size, but AMAZON makes it easy.I have better focus & memory when I take this, but I have to warn you, as some others do that the effects will be somewhat negated if you don't get enough sleep. Some bonuses I have from taking this product is a more youthful appearance (and I had wondered about that for years, as I do look about 5 years younger than 90% of the people I went to school with, but its the ALA, and when I briefly stopped taking this, I noticed the difference.....) AND to help with neuropathy in my feet. ALA is good for that, and though the amount in this supplement is not the recommended dosage it helps, especially if taken with Evening Primrose Oil. Also, if you take EPO, this and NERVEFIX, your problems might likely go away.
