The vest has elastic bands on the sides. As an adult I have worn the vest to play too. The hat will fit fine for both kids and adult.

Q: Why would a police play set have a grenade and knife?

As a police officer I carry a knife on me all the time as far as a grenade no clue unless it was like a flash bang or smoke grenade

Q: Hi is good for kids 10 years old???

I would say it’s a bit babyish but if your 10 yr old is very into police stuff then he may be able to use these to roleplay

Q: What size of the belt ?

I believe it to fit up to a 7/8 year old maybe.
