Buyer Beware! You will get no warranty repair if you purchase on Amazon!
So the gasket on the door failed. Simple warranty replacement right? WRONG! Cambro will ask you to contact the wholesaler (AMAZON) or whichever company your purchased through (ex. Chef's Toys) to file the warranty for you. Problem is...AMAZON cannot send them any information due to privacy regulations and having to take the time to contact the wholesaler for what is clearly a manufacturers issue is a waste of time which = $. SO YOU WILL BE SCREWED! Cambro customer service is adamant about the policy.Other than that, the product is actually amazing. Hot holds everything I need and does everything it promises. Just the worst customer services policies I have ever experienced. Sure hope they fix this, their products are not inexpensive to purchase.
