I have a tendency to order things, and read the reviews later, so was quite surprised to read all of the negative reviews, saying that this product just crushes garlic, not pushes it through so I thought I would take some photos of how mine worked. It did exactly what is supposed to do - push the garlic through the holes, your scrape it off of the inside with the little shovel provided, all it leaves is the garlic skin, as you can see from the 3rd photo. Easy to clean, the brush provided has stiff enough bristles to clean the press. I wanted to get away from chopping garlic (when I don't have any of the chopped garlic in the jar), and this device takes care of that.

This device is useless! It does not work! I was so excited about it when it came. But when I tried to use it, it didn't work...AT ALL! You cannot say it performs poorly, because it does not work at all! You might as well try to mince garlic with the flimsy little carton it came in. I love kitchen gadgets, but this one is a total waste of money!

I bought this product based on the video supplied with the product information. It showed the Garlic Press mincing an entire garlic clove. Unfortunately, the Press does mince some of the clove but also crushes the clove leaving a garlic clove which has been flattened but not minced. It is still necessary to use a knife to complete the mincing process. I did not save any time using the Garlic Press compared to old-fashioned chopping garlic with a knife. The garlic the Press did mince is much finer than I get using a knife.

The most satisfying garlic press I've found on the market. Relatively easy to clean. Able to mince a high quantity of garlic in a short amount of time with little waste.Made with a relatively comfortable and ergonomic grip.It does require a lot of weight/leverage to operate. Make sure you have someone with sturdy arms and hands on demand, otherwise it may pose a challenge in the kitchen.

Flee market junk! Did not do the job. Had to use lotta arm pressure. Better off using a microplane or garlic press
