This headset is a good entry-level Cardboard-style setup.Comfort: The headset is comfortable and doesn’t hold too heavy where you may feel added pressure on your nose like other setups. The straps are adjustable to fit your head.Optics: The focal areas are adjustable both left/right and forward/backward to meet most eyesights. The lenses appear to be a cheaper material. This is the only complaint I have of this kit.Phone Holder: The area that your phone goes onto is a slide-out tray. It has a pressure-lip that once you place your phone into it, the lip slides down and holds the phone in place. The kit comes with 3 rubber pads that you place within the tray so buttons are not depressed while in the tray. The tray comes out without problems and inserts easily back into place. I have a large phone (Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+) and it fit perfectly.Wireless Remote: Included with the kit. Some kits have them, some don’t and you have to purchase separately. The remote paired with my phone and was able to be used for most VR apps/games.I would recommend this kit as a good entry-level kit as it includes the remote, will fit more phones, and is affordable.I will edit review if/when additional details are found and can be noted. so i wanted to know what the fuss was about with these things..i see they are fun and my daughter love the different apps you can download..i do like the controller and overall is experience is nice..cant wait until they update with some better quality apps..but for now its cool just for ppl to try out and have a laugh..I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest, fair and unbiased review. So I've always wanted a VR headset but I can't really afford the Oculus or Vive. I recently got a nice new phone so I decided on this instead. Upon receiving this I was pleasantly surprised. I really expected this to be cheaply made and just hold my phone up to my face. Instead, I got a comfortable, full featured, well made headset.The quality of the headset is very nice. All of the parts that need to slide, slide easily and without much effort, but will also stay where you leave them. The head straps are adjustable to fit almost any head, and quite comfortable. The padding where the headset rests on your face is high quality. There are multiple slots for headphones and power connections to accommodate pretty much every phone. The front panel can be opened to enable augmented reality apps. The adjustments for the lenses work well and I was able to get them focused after a little bit of work.The bluetooth remote paired very easily and all of the buttons worked well including the analog stick.I have tested out a couple different headsets at trade shows and this headset is not an Oculus, but the effect and comfort is still very nice. Since I still consider VR to be more of fun toy to play with for a while, this definitely solved my fix. My main complaint is that the headset gets a little heavy and it starts drooping down onto my nose. Great unit for the price point. I had to be careful with how I inserted my S7 edge or the buttons got pressed. The bluetooth remote synced up without much of an issue, but i couldn't get it do anything besides display a mouse I could drive with the joystick or start closing things. The directions were minimal and poorly translated. But once I was up and running, it had a good level of immersion and was fun.I received this product at a discounted rate for my unbiased, honest opinion.
