Before you consider buying these bath mats, read this review.Care - The Amazon description says "machine wash", which is certainly what I would expect for a bath mat. If you look at the attached photo, you can see that the tag attached to the mats clearly states "hand wash only". Really?! Who wants a hand wash only bath mat???I machine washed them, although I really should have returned them. Washing these was , well... a big mess. The amount of loose fibers was ridiculous. You can see in the attached photo some of the lint that was released in the dryer. There was more, I only thought about taking the photo after I had discarded about 30% of the lint.Country of origin - The tags say India. Okay that would be fine. India seem to produce relatively high quality bath linens. The bag says China. What is your guess when the product is misrepresented and poorly made. No further comment here. You know where I am heading with this.After washing, the mays look okay. There are comfortable under foot and the color is nice. I am 90% sure that the washing and drying will destroy these within a year. Not a good bargain for $34 bath mats. My advice is to look elsewhere. The price / performance ratio on these is not acceptable.

The first time I washed them I had hands full of "lint" left allover the inside of my washing machine and It took two drying cycles to get them dry. Be sure to clean your lint filter after each dry cycle...the first cycle left me with about an inch of lint on the filter, the 2nd dry cycle left the normal amount of lint.The second time I washed them they pretty much disintegrated in the washer. I cannot recommend these rugs

I bought this bath mat for the Christmas holidays. Love it! It's thick and fluffy. Not to mention it's reversible. The color was vibrant until laundry day. I only did a first wash in the machine and rinsed it under running water. I put it to sun dry because I'm living in the island of Jamaica. However, when it was dried , it looked washed out like i had it for years.Tears literally came to my eyes when I saw the mat. The thickness that this mat carries and the money that was spent on it, it's not worth the quality. It is obvious that it was dyed. I wanted to purchase the red also , I think the red is still in my save for later,but after seeing this ,no way! I'm kind of disappointed.

Love the softness, color, look and absorption, But on the second cleaning (tumble dry on Low like cleaning instructions) I find lots of yarn in my dryer and the Dryer filter is clogged with lint. I washed both mats together. Obviously with the loss of material, the softness and absorbent quality will diminish. I highly suggest do not put in a dryer, hang them up to dry.

UPDATE 2/2720 - I almost threw the mats away but decided to wash one more time and see what happened. No more threads unraveled and the shedding is considerably reduced. Still has the original defects where it unraveled some but looks pretty good now. The color is still very pretty and they are thick and absorbent. Changing my rating to 4.I don't like to leave unfavorable reviews and have rarely, if ever, had a bad experience with Amazon products. These bath mats are a waste of money. I used one for three days and put it to wash. Everything in the load came out covered with pieces of this mat. Picture shows just a bit of what i picked off the floor. The other pics show how it's just falling apart and i didn't even put it in the dryer. Only thing I can say is the color is pretty (I got Seafoam) and i really liked them when I first put them in my bathroom. Very disappointed. Would return but not worth the effort.

My wife purchased a set of these (different make, etc.) at a store....one of the national close out chains....and I did not like their quality or appearance so I ordered these......excellent mats for a bathroom; thick, attractive and are holding up well (have been washed twice already). I highly recommend.

I purchased these rugs for a bathroom that was in the process of being renovated. This process to many months due to the COVID-19 pandemic but we were finally able to complete it and the rugs went down on the floor, months after I purchased them. They were beautiful, reversible and very thick. Now, for the bad information. I just washed them for the first time. As soon as I took them out of the washer I saw matted rug material stuck to the rugs and left in the washer. I then place them in the dryer and because of the thickness, it took a while to dry. Once removed from the dryer, there are several places in each rug that have pulled apart. If I continued to pull on the fibers of the carpet, it would create a hole in the rug itself. Now, I have rugs that no longer look good leaving parts of the rugs are either in the washer or the dryer. I am absolutely so disappointed in the quality of these rugs but, alas, the timeframe to return these items has expired and now I'm stuck. I would not suggest purchasing these rugs at all.

I am so disappointment with these bathroom rugs. I purposefully buy the bathroom rugs without them non-skid packing so that I can wash and dry them without a problem. When I wash these rugs in my new washing machine, there was so much red lint in the machine I had to pull it out and vacuum it out. Plus it destroyed a hat that I’ve already tossed in the garbage and a black sweatshirt which is covered in red pills all over it. So much land came off of these rugs if I washed them again they probably would have fell completely apart. Very poor quality and passed the timeframe in which I can send them back for a return. Do not buy if you like to have clean your bathroom rugs! You will regret it!!!

FIRSTLY, I Have NOT been PAID for this 5 STAR REVIEW, so lets just get that out of the way. Consumers accepting payment should also be ashamed of themselves as well as SELLERS and AMAZON.CA itself. I am DISCUSTED BY FINDING OUT THIS PRACTISE seems to be a completely ACCEPTABLE PART of this WEBSITE. SHADIEST PRACTISE I'VE EVER HEARD OF! I clued in to late on some purchases. But these mats are lovely and quite heavy. I had asked how they washed and two people responded saying they went in the washer and dryer fine, simply took a long time to dry. I would suggest perhaps hanging over the shower curtain pole or placing near a heat vent until almost dry, just place a heavy towel underneath, then put in dryer to finish, or the dryer first with a couple of clean dry heavy towls to help absorb wetness, then the other options to finish. Quite Pleased with Purchase!

Buen color y calidad. Son tapetes gruesos. He comprado de diferentes tamaños. Todavía no los he lavado y no sé si mantienen su calidad después de lavar. Hasta ahora, pienso que ha sido una buena compra.

well i wouldn't call them Lavish. They are not that soft and i had to wash them when i got them as they were not the white i expected more like a dirty white. The the larger one was very uneven and looks sloppy or defective when on the floorRM

Love the subtle pattern and versatility of these comfy mats! Good quality and thick cotton. Colour is a light off-white beige and not yellow-ish. Goes with everything!
