Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blends Variety Pack - 12 Flavors

I’m on a restricted salt diet for health reasons. I got to the point I didn’t like salty tasting food. I experimented with a few Mrs Dash blends. Then I discovered hundreds of Mrs Dash recipes on line. This offered great ways to use the different blends. When I saw the price for 12 variety pack I jumped on it plus I had $11.00 in reward points to use. What a steal. I have all the blends except Caribbean Blend and Jalapeño Spice. The flavors are fantastic. I made up my own recipe of a tomato sauté using Italian Blend. Garlic herb blend in potato salad and a fettuccini veggie dish, sublime. I was a little fearful at the beginning of what appeared to me a bit heavy handed , believe me it’s ok. There’s absolutely NO SALT!!! Bon Appetit.

I got two Italian Seasonings in the package of 12. I should have gotten Mrs. Dash Table Blend and didn't. Other than that, I love the seasonings!

I adore Mrs. Dash seasonings! This is a perfect combination of all the ones you could need! I got one for myself and another for my grandpa. We both have blood pressure issues, using these helps with that so much.

there are even more flavor combos in the pack than I had even envisioned. the only thing I don't like, is that they came as 12 separate bottles in a plastic bag...a small cardboard or plastic container (box) for all would be nice..however, I am going to put them in a round spice rack one I have on my counter

Great on everything. I love that it has no sodium just all Natrual seasonings!

For health reasons I have to minimize my salt intake. Mrs. Dash is a wonderful salt substitute.

If you have to give up salt, buy this collection of mrs dash flavors! There are so many choices to make salt free meals, and so fun to try one after the other! My new favorites are tomato basil herb and southwest chipotle.
