After a month I feel this helps with muscle relaxation, and hopefully avoiding knots.
My massage person told me this might work for me cause I have lots of tension and muscle knots. I asked if there was anything that might help this situation. Then I looked up on Amazon and found this product. I'm very satisfied with the flavor and I'll see about the muscle reaction.

Taste is alright but overall great to take every day compared to other vitamins I've tried

buyer beware. There is very little nutritional value to these "vitamins"
I bought these based on the # of positive reviews. Nothing else.which is VERY unlike me & I won't do it again.there is almost NO Vitamin here.i don't recall exactly - so don't quote me- but I think it was about 35% Daily Recommended per serving -serving is 3 large gummies. Also they contain Sulfites :-() so if you - like me - play Russian Roulette with sulfites, go ahead & play. ;-)their taste? Weh. not good & not bad .... not really memorable. not like the B12 Cherry ones (different brand). Yumm those are dangerously goodlol

The taste is very strong
I did not like the taste , it is very strong. Bitter and very sweet at the same time. It is also a little big so it is hard to eat

Price increase. Melted product. Unusable.
The media could not be loaded. Flavor is great. I haven't had issues normally. But it is a huge melted blob this month and after a price hike. I really liked this product, but with the price hike, being unusable, and no way to return or exchange I'll be looking for something else.
