Been struggling with stomach ulcers, anxiety, etc. and looking for alternatives for my coffee that are lower acidity and better for me and my body/mind too. Bought this to try as my first mushroom coffee experience, and holy crap I am blown away.This is phenomenal coffee. Better than any other grocery store coffee I’ve had over the years. If you mix with the creamers I used(in picture), it kinda tastes like Rice Krispies Treats Cereal. I going to thoroughly enjoy this every morning now as my daily coffee and see if it helps with the health issues.And it does clog up your coffee pot filter a bit (which I saw in other reviews) so less is more when adding it to the filter I suppose.Lastly, when I brewed this in my coffee pot usually the smell of the coffee stays in the kitchen, but this wafted up the stairs and it’s very flowery yet nutty smelling. Very pleasant.

I love the strength and slight bitterness. It helps my mood. This is not meant to imply medical advice, but I have had prostate challenges and after a month this appears to help significantly. I noticed the Reissi content and believe that might be a reason.

Here’s the things with this coffee, it’s quite yummy and less of a learning curve for a mushroom coffee. It is also decaf, which I really wanted. If you like your normal coffee regimen and taste (but want the benefits of a quality mushroom coffee) then this is your ONE. That said, I am not a mushroom coffee newbie so I’m used to the prep of other mushroom coffees (which is usually really simple: scoop it, pour hot water, froth, done). For me, returning to the long prep process of pour-over brewing is a bummer, especially because this coffee is extra fine and takes awhile to drain down. Overall I love the end result but am not sure I have the time!

I have had better, especially for the price.

I have been drinking this decaf coffee for the last 2 weeks. In order to make it last longer and just to see the impact that it has, I made the coffee one scoop with the decaf mushroom coffee and one scoop my regular decaf. The impact is amazing.My fasting blood sugar dropped from the high 160s to the mid-130s within a week. (Mind you I only eat meat, fish and vegetables. Nothing else.)My resting heart rate average dropped from 76 to 69 according to my Fitbit. My digestion has improved notably. And my energy level is incredible. Oh, and my sleep quality has improved. I wake up less, and I sleep more sound.Before drinking this coffee. I couldn't help myself but be a couch potato and had to force myself to do things around the house. Now I wake up and my first thought is about what can I get done today. And that is on only half the normal dosage.I have not been paid for this review. I have no affiliation with this company. I'm a total newbie to mushroom coffees. This is worth every single penny!

I take care of my health, so I drink caffeine-free drinks. EARTH & STAR is great for getting in a great morning mood. Coffee has an excellent aroma and taste, and is also rich in many healthy ingredients. I'm happy with this product.

I love this brand so much. I can get the energy and benefits i want without concern of energy crashing and etc. I normally get this coffee on the Flip app but wanted to only get the coffee not the other thing in my Flip cart so I checked here on Amazon and I’m so glad I did. This is literally the best coffee it goes hand in hand with Tim Horton’s coffee that they sell in my Target here in NJ, United States. It’s that good and to me honestly it’s better than a lot of Starbucks coffee.
