A good eat
This pasta tastes like the ones that are made with gluten flour. It doesn’t get all mushy and isn’t tasteless.

Best gluten free spaghetti out there in my opinion!
This spaghetti is the best gluten free out there in my opinion. My daughter has celiac disease but my husband and I both can’t tell the difference in this spaghetti and regular spaghetti and we don’t have to eat gluten free. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Gluten free, great tasting spaghetti
Schar brand foods are the best if you are searching for gluten free and excellent flavor. This spaghetti is only one of their high quality, gluten free products I would recommend.

Tastes like the real thing
This spaghetti tastes just like regular spaghetti. It can be cooked Al dente and leftovers reheat perfectly. They don’t get mushy like some gluten free pasta does.

Great GF spaghetti!
We have tried a lot of GF pastas. This is the best brand out there. It tastes great, and unlike many other brands, it doesn't turn gummy and gross after it's been refrigerated. One cooking hint -- it goes from "not done" to "perfectly done" to "over done" very quickly. I find 11 minutes is about perfect at a full boil. Another hint -- the spaghetti sticks if you don't put oil in the water and stir every minute for the first 3-4 minutes (Other shapes don't seem to do this.)

Best gluten free pasta
This is as close to non gluten free pasta as you can get. I grew up eating pasta. Every other gluten free pasta I've tried has severely disappointed me. This one tastes good and has the right texture.

A delightful change after 3 years of spaghetti squash
After my husband [who is a diabetic as well] was diagnosed as gluten intolerant in 2007 I set out on a quest to find someway to eat spaghetti that had some semblance of real spaghetti and still keep his carb count under control. I discovered spaghetti squash which was a fascinating, if not terribly tasty choice. Just this past year I gratefully learned about Schar gluten free spaghetti and once we tried it we never looked back. Although the carb count went out the window, the taste, visual and oral senses took over and we've been thoroughly enjoying the Schar spaghetti since that time. I can not tell the difference between 'regular' spaghetti and the Schar pasta. The spaghetti is great buttered but covered in the tastiness of spaghetti sauce, plus my additions, the Schar spaghetti is wonderful. My husband thinks he has hit the jackpot as he LOVES spaghetti. As far as the carb count goes we have the Schar on special occasions and do not over load his system with the carbs. It keeps his spirits high to have something special once in a while.BTW- It takes 11 minutes to cook the spaghetti.

Closest thing to the "real" thing
I've been gf for about 6 years and Schar is by far the best gf products I've ever had. The only negative thing about this pasta is the price. For our family of 7 we need two packages of spaghetti to feed all of us.A word of advice about cooking this - I've had trouble with it sticking together in large clumps so I now break them in half first and then fan them into the pot.If you were a pasta lover before going gf, you will find this worth the price!!
