My first purchase of this product was AWFUL. But once I got a replacement, everything has been great!The first one came in a product box inside an Amazon shipping mailer, so I don’t know if the issue was on Amazon and the warehouse, or the Olarhike company itself. But, immediately upon opening the box, I could tell something was up- the charging cord was assembled and laying on top, there were finger print and droplet marks all over the product, and when I popped the lid to look inside of the basin, there was a still-soggy USED filter and condensation inside. DISGUSTING, not to mention the potential diseases animals can spread to each other through water. Fine in a shared home, not fine from a stranger’s animal. Other warning signs were loose, empty packaging and twist ties in the bottom of the box.I immediately returned it and requested a replacement, giving it one more shot before I planned to move on and never trust this company again. But they pulled through. Replacement came fairly quickly (5 days) and not in an Amazon package this time, and it was clearly new, no prints, etc, charger in a box. And most importantly, my cats use it, and I love it! I got it to replace a plastic fountain that I’d had for years and was fed up with the 45 minutes it took to clean, yet still somehow was gross again in a few days with many tiny parts that even a toothbrush couldn’t fully reach to clean. One of my cats was also getting black crust on his chin. I will never go back to plastic! With this stainless steel fountain, cleaning is 10 minutes for a thorough clean, just 3 parts and no million little crevices, the filtering works well, the adjustable spout flow is nice, and I’m very happy with this purchase! My cat’s chin is also already significantly better. I highly recommend. Just open the lid every couple days to check water level (since it’s stainless, you can’t see when it’s running low, and it doesn’t shut off automatically if not enough water). And watch out for getting someone else’s nasty used returned item. But I’m glad it was at least remedied easily and in a somewhat timely manner.

I bought this fountain for my young kitty who seemed to be needing to drink more water. I tried every type of bowl to get him to drink -glass bowls, glass cups, stainless steel bowls, ceramic, plastic, he seemed to barely drink. I had bought him a plastic fountain last year that he hated so much he used to purposely knock it over. Then he started drinking out of the toilet. With this in mind I knew i needed a better quality fountain made of glass or stainless steel to fight bacteria. I researched stainless steel bowls and saw the great reviews on this one as well as a wonderful price and figured why not. This is just the absolute best bowl. Super easy to clean, and my cat loves drinking out of it. I love the adjustable nozzle as well for kitties who like to drink out of the sink type of water (not my cat, but i know of some cats who do). The fountain came within FOUR hours of ordering. Insane! I have been trying it out for about 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier and feel so much better about my kitty getting enough water. It doesn’t get as dirty with film as a plastic fountain would which makes a happy cat! I decided to wait to buy more filters until I knew my kitty liked it (It only comes with 1 filter and says to replace every 2-3 weeks). Thank you so much for selling this product and I highly recommend it for pet owners looking for a good quality pet fountain. It is also pretty quiet - you can hear the water splashing, but not the motor, which is good, as that will definitely attract picky cats who want fresh running water.

I’ve had this exact fountain for 2 years now, running great 24/7 but the pump finally stopped working for me. It will run for a few hours then fully turn off randomly. With that said it has been a great cat fountain up until today!

I have 2 cats and noticed that one of them likes to drink from the running faucet. I decided that a running fountain would be better than me waiting on him at the faucet. This fountain works great. The motor is silent, but I can hear running water if I'm close enough to it. It's fairly quiet, but I can hear it. I liked this fountain so much that I bought a 2nd one so I can have one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. They are quiet enough that the one in the bedroom does not keep me up at night. I washed them out once a week and it's easy to take apart and put back together. Since I use filtered water, I do not use the filters in the lid, but I do use the black sponge around the motor. I just remove that, soap it up and rinse well before putting it back. I do add water to it during the week, about a cup every couple of days, until I wash the entire thing (on Sundays). I like that the fountain is adjustable. One cat took to it right away. The other cat took about a month, but now they both drink from it. I do think they are drinking more with the running fountain than they did with a bowl of still water. My only caution is to check to make sure yours isn't bent. One of mine arrived sightly bent around the rim. It wasn't a big deal and didn't affect the way it works so I didn't return it, but it does make it a bit harder to take apart and put back together since the rim is slightly bent. I'm still very happy with the purchase and would recommend.

El producto es bello y de mucha calidad, a mi gatito no le sirvió porque él es un viejo gruñón pero yo creo que muchos gatitos pueden ser felices con agua fresca, limpia y en movimiento.Pedí la devolución y fueron impecables ❤️🙌🏾

No me gusto que solo funcionara 1 semana y dejara de funcionar pero luego limpie la parte de adentro y quedó bien, como todo lo que es eléctrico hay incertidumbre si de verdad funcione

Lleva como 1 año y se llenó de sarro.

La fuente la compré en febrero y para mayo ya no sirve. La bomba de agua dejó de funcionar y obviamente sin bomba no sale agua en la parte de arriba por lo que mis gatitas ya no pueden utilizarla y tendré que comprar otra fuente
