Long story short, I purchased Rockabilly Blue by mistake, but didn’t realize it was the wrong color until an hour before my hair appointment. One emergency run to Sally’s Beauty Store later I was able to get the correct color After Midnight Blue (available here on Amazon). My stylist started with bleaching the strands we wanted to dye, we took every bit of yellow out that we could, because everyone knows blue + yellow = green, and that was so not the look I was going for. After that, she applied the blue dye using foils and let my hair set about 25 mins. This was my first time doing a vivid color. It’s so vibrant and fun! I wash it in cold/lukewarm water 1-2 times per week. I’m 6 weeks in and I’m just not starting to notice some fading. The first 2 pics are from the day I got it colored, the 3rd pic is one 9 days later, the 4th pic is 16 days after the original color.

Both containers of dye were exploded in the plastic package. Blue dye everywhere. Very disappointing.

I’m a first time blue hair dyer, and I did exceptionally well with this product. The photo is the dye in hair after about 30 minutes.The container is small, but will last 2 - 4 applications on short hair. The smell is decent too. I dyed dirty blonde hair and the color came out nice. I found if you leave it in the hair for 60 minutes, the color is very vibrant. Rinse with cold water. After about 4 weeks, the color is mostly gone. It will stain skin, so be prepared with hair color remover wipes, or alcohol. wipes. I bought a brush separately to paint the product on the hair.

We mixed two colors one was the rockabilly blue the second was purple and We came out with this for my daughter She absolutely loves it. The pic doesn't do the color justice.

Loved my hair color but it rubbed off very easily. I didnt want a permanent dye but I also didnt want blue fingers and pillow cases every time I touched it or slept. Even days after I used the dye, if I scratched my hair I would see it on my fingertips & under my nails. It rubbed off so bad the first night by the 2nd or 3rd day it was not as vibrant as the first day and within 5 days was almost gone. The first pic was taken indoors on 8/26 the 2nd taken outdoors on 8/28.

I think I got an expired batch bc I love manic panic and it always works great with me except this time it did nothing but stain my scalp. Not a drop of dye stuck to my hair and I even waited an extra 10 mins to rinse it out because the consistency of the dye was chunky and soupy (most likely expired) sucks I wasted $30 to stain my scalp.
