One of these capsules provides 273% of the daily value of zinc, in gluconate dihydrate and picolinate form.I've started taking supplements this year, primarily sticking to Omega 3, Magnesium, and Zinc.This 100-capsule bottle is less economical than others that I've seen, and even less economical than 200-capsule ones. But the bottle size is appropriate to the number if capsules, which I consider a plus. A lot of bottles are really big, and contain a lot of unnecessary empty space. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.The label on these days they are bottled and packaged in the US, which makes me a little less trustworthy of them, as it also means that they are manufactured outside of the US.

A zinc supplement, without any extra snake oil. Capsules are smooth but kind of big for 30mg. $10 seems like a decent price until you find the Nature Made tablet ones with same quantity and strength for half the cost plus other discounts. (at time of writing) But hey, if capsules work better for you, I can recommend these.

TwinLab has been around just about as long as me.These are made in the United States and, even though the health supplement industry is self monitored, I am not aware of any accusations of impropriety regarding their products. Additionally, TwinLab has been affiliated with other large American corporations during its existence.I do not have the wherewithal to test the content of these capsules, let me be clear on that. But, for the reasons I wrote above, I trust that these are what they purport to be.

Overall it's an okay choice. The company and brand looks legit. It has trackable history of selling supplements. The capsule size is pretty small, everyone should be able to swallow. The label says the product is bottled and packaged in US. Since Zinc supplements are normally artificially made, I would assume the ingredients are from US as well. However, it has no sign showing the product is third-party lab tested. So the actual dosage is questionable.
