I received my MBODY Pro Muscle Training Gear, oh my goodness it is awesome I mean it really works! The various levels and the convenience it provides for working out is amazing. I did 3 sessions while watching television. Then another one while prepared dinner. This product really does work. I have no complaints about it. I am very pleased with my purchase. I really love this ab belt. I have been using it mostly on nights I work for the past 1.5months. I haven't seen a big difference visually yet, but I'm also doing very little else with the schedule I have and working nights. I have only had to charge it ONCE with all the use I have had out of it, using it multiple times a night at least 3 days out of the week. And I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of the muscle contractions it causes! I know it must be doing SOMETHING because I started on lowest setting, have gradually been able to up the intensity over time. I bought this to give myself a passive way to rebuild my core strength after two pregnancies greatly stretched my abdominal muscles and weakened everything. Overall good buy, would recommend.

I use a belt like this (A different brand) years ago and I like it. But I have to say that this new design is better way better. First of all no more sticky gel pads, that by itself is a plus. Also, the center in this one is 2 "pads" I think that covers better. With my old one, the different modes change the pulses and time but they fill the same when you increase the level. Here from LV 1 to 2 or 3 you can tell the difference and let say lv 1 you go to 30 on lv 3 will be 20. Let be clear to get a 6 pack you have to do a diet be under 15% of fat but to tone your muscle this will work. I got this to add to my regular workout routine especially for those days that my back is not in the mood to curl.

You will need to crank up the power if you're fat like me. It recommends trying to get up to 15/150 on your first go. I didn't start tensing up until 70 or so, bit you can definitely feel it higher than that. I found 100 to be fairly uncomfortable so I'm looking forward to working up to Max.Update: battery life is amazing for what it does. Also, it works a lot better when you tense the muscle at the same time as the shocks. Works great on legs and arms, but you have to get creative to get it wrapped.

I’m up on the numbers lolNumber# 156 on the tummy even when your on level 2.you feel it working. I’d say I lost half and feel fantastic I can feel and tell the difference. On the arms besides the two 2lbs I have really works but you don’t want to go no further on the arms then level 2,number# 40 , 3number# 35 and numbers# 50 . It differently worksYou don’t want to pick something up while doing this lol

After ordering a similar product & being extremely disappointed, I reluctantly tried this one. I am a massage therapist & I have lots of experience with using different types of TENS. The belt is soft & I LOVE that there are no gel pads!!!! The strength levels are strong (start out slow) what made me the most surprised is after unboxing it & reading the instructions I was getting a Caution symbol on the front interface, I emailed the Customer service and they got back to me right away.****just to save you the trouble so you don’t have to email them too…. you must be wearing the belt & have moistened the contact pads beforehand having it in place & in contact with your skin before you turn it on.Very simple solution. Worth the money by far!

Just the fact alone that you don’t have to buy those gel pads I can save money. The convenience in ease-of-use of this product is simple: put on the belt, set the controller and kick back and relax - the belt does all the work for you. How easy can that be? I use it while I’m on the treadmill. Great value at this price!
