Q: only english languge?

Actually SRW 30 will auto adjust to whatever region the console is. For example, I have a NA Switch so the game automatically adjusted to have English text.

Q: What kind of regional account will it be, in a more specifically?

If it is in English, it best suits Japanese accounts, especially for purchasing DLC. If it is Chinese, it supports Singapore and Southeast Asia accounts instead.

Q: Does this English version has an option to change the language to Chinese?

As far as I know you have to have your console language in the one you want to play the game in so if you have your main language set to English it’s going to be English and vice versa

Q: How do you change the language

Check to make sure you order the English language version on Amazon first. When you first start the game you go to the language options then you will find the English language option. I had no difficulty setting it up.
