This is by far the best cold pack that I have used. It is small in size which is great to fit into my freezer door. I place it inside of my towel before putting it on my knee to help reduce the swelling. It also bends really easy to stay around the top of my knee. This would make a great gift idea for everyone.

These are just the right size for people who suffer from headaches or have eye pain. They work great and they stay cold for quite a long time. They're stiff at first when you pull them out of the freezer but it just takes a short time to soften them up so you can mold them around the area you need to ice. I highly recommend these ice bags for a variety of needs.

Theses are great ice packs , they freeze quickly , can be molded to shape easily , very versatile

I had some old plastic gel packs that stayed cold for a long time in an insulated bag. I figured with the better quality of these, they would be even better. However, when I use them in a lunch bag, they're usually completely thawed after a few hours.They will be fine for short term cold compresses, but not great for long term cooling.
