I used the glasses few times on gloomy days and but have been waiting for clear skies and bright sunny day. And finally tested them. I am usually not bothered but decided to review these because they are so good!After actually using them, I totally disagree on few important points with Simon S. from Germany:- I own road racing bike with dropped handlebars and I do somewhat long rides (100-160km for 4-7 hours on weekends) and 25km each way commutes in London (during the week) and these glasses work well for me. I don’t ride probably too fast (24-25 km/hr in city and 27-28km/hr on weekends) and I sweat but not to extent when these glasses can be a problem;- The glasses get dark enough on very bright sunlight which you can see on the photos (taken on 03-APR-2023), clear skies, lot of sun on this day in London; the glasses get lighter indoors;- They are very effective at windproofing my eyes, I started wearing contact lenses again while cycling which was a big problem; the lenses usually end up drying and flying out of my eyes with any other cycling glasses, but these protect my eyes enough from wind and solved that problem; I am particularly happy because of this!Furthermore:- The nose pads are adjustable, possibly can fit almost any nose. I have narrow nose and only these glasses can sit high which is “a must requirement” for a road racing aggressive aerodynamic position (my handle bars are lower than my saddle). I don’t get the top edge of the glasses obstructing the view at all providing perfect clear view ahead. I took photos of my wife in glasses to show that.- I was riding in these glasses directly against the sun into my face and, to my surprise, I was not dazzled and had no glares. I did not need to wear a cup with visor covering my face and eyes from the sun.- These glasses are cheaper than any other big name brands which is a good thing and I am very happy about that.- I only cannot comment yet on long term (1-2 years) use as I only had them for 1.5 months and on several rides. But for the price of these I can hardly complain.Overall, these are excellent glasses that I would highly recommend for road cycling. These have excellent quality lenses providing clear perfect view, without annoying reflections or glare, they protect from the sun without darkening too much (these are just perfect, no need to get any darker), they do not bother when going from full sun to shade. I agree with other reviews saying that variation (speed of reaction) from transparent to dark is a bit slow, but nothing serious.

Fit well, comfortable, good value

- low quality frames and lenses- lenses pick up dirt and smudges very easily and are hard to clean- although I didn’t need it, the prescription inset is completely useless - it doesn’t even fit the frame!- the photochromic feature only works in direct sunlight - so if bright sun is reflected from surroundings, they will not filter out bright light- it was very hard to put on while wearing a motorcycle helmet - the arms have sharp edges scratching my skin.These glasses would be ‘okay’ if they were much cheaper, but I wish I had simply opted for higher quality sunglasses, instead of falling for the photochromic feature.

A little too narrow but photochromic works well

I got this glasses for Gravel X bike ride at Sherwood Forest. I must say that the glasses is comfortable to wear, protect my eyes from wind, dust, etc. When the sun shine, the glasses has turned into sunglasses - perfect for me. I would use this for MTB, Gravel and Road bikes. Highly recommended as only got mine since last month (late March 2024).

Very reactive to light such that I don’t notice them changing. Don’t get those dark bits as you do with some photochromatic lenses. I use them for cycling which I have had no problem with. The lenses are large enough (for me) to help with wind in the eyes issue.There is, for me, some slight lenses distortion which is usual for this type of glasses, however it’s much less than other makes I have tried.They come with a useful case for storage which is a bonus.I have tried many cycling glasses over the last 50 years and these I find to be the best yet.I would definitely buy again

Uncontainable and can’t wear. Glasses themselves are great and did the job, but the nose piece was so uncomfortable and painful only wore a few times.

Good glasses but the transition from light to dark / dark to light is too long. Using them for MTB and on the trails going from open areas to closed forests the glasses don’t change quick enough. Shame really. Have bought some others with yellow lenses that are doing the job.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die Brille verdunkelt bei Sonneneinstrahlung und wird klar bei weniger Licht. Nutze sie gern wenn ich Wald Rad fahre, oder auf trails. Pluspunkt sind die verstellbaren Nasenflügel.
