top fits new 2021 MacBook 16 inch model just fine. Bottom fits, but not very secure
When my new 2021 16inch Macbook arrived TWO WEEKS ahead of the estimated delivery date (whoa!) I was paranoid of scratching the pretty surface, so I basically ordered the cheapest case I could find that would arrive within 48 hours. It is much nicer than I expected - edges have been well cut and do not have scratchy edges like my case for my old macbook. However, the back lip on the bottom piece does not really click in place (it seems like it was designed a little too short), so the bottom will slide off on occasion. However, I am just careful and it seems fine. Will work until more options become available in a few months and I can upgrade to a rubberized case, which is what I prefer.

Bottom doesn't snap onto MacBook Pro - updated
The top piece is beautiful and I was quite pleased until I tried to put the bottom piece on. It snaps in the back, but the front is open with no protection on the front corners. When I lifted the MacBook, the bottom fell off. Pretty much worthless for someone who is moving a laptop around.UPDATE: After watching a video, I realized I had the bottom piece backward. It will snap in place. However, two corners are still exposed, which is less than idea. Previous covers were more like silicon - soft and form fitting, whereas this bottom is hard plastic. All around not my choice for a valuable piece of equipment that gets moved around a lot

Good enough
Just got it and it fits my 16 inch MacBook Pro (A2485, 2021). Seems to do what it needs to do so I’ll keep it. I wish the bottom part was also soft touch (it’s a slippery plastic) and that it covered more of the back edge of the laptop. It leaves it completely unprotected (see picture). I get that the cooling outlet/fan is there but it feels a little too exposed for my liking.

Decent Case
So I just recently got the case, and just a few things I noticed about it.The case clips on fairly easily and covers the MacBook all around, and the design is very nice and clean.However, the only 2 issues I would say I have with the case/product is that, it does NOT clip on the sides near the keyboard (don't know if this was intentional, but it's just me nitpicking). The other issue is the screen protector itself. Not the best one, no instructions, plus if you're like me, you want NO air bubbles whatsoever.

I wouldn’t recommend the screen protector
I like it a lot. It seems to protect the computer but it is loose on the back. Also I wouldn’t recommend the screen protector. I would buy a different one since I can’t get the bubbles out, the dog hair and I redone it over and over. But I do like how it comes with a screen protector though.

I like the case, but did not receive my screen protector in the package.
Case looks great, and snaps into place nicely. However, seller probably missed putting my screen protector within the package.

Super cute! Super easy to put on and snaps into place. Might be ordering more when new designs come out.
