My sister told me about Korean Red Ginseng and I decided to give it a try. I'm an elementary school teacher and could always use that extra bit of energy to keep up with my students. I usually take coffee in the afternoon to give me an energy boost, but because I've been drinking Koreselect Energy, I don't need it. It has more of a tea taste and can be a little bit bitter at times, but it's worth it for the increased energy. It's also been great because now I'm spending less on coffee in the afternoon!
